6. Issuing and revising regulations of innovation and entrepreneurship
7. Handling the development plan, the annual budget allocation, the management of individual funds, internal control, etc. for the division
8. Assisting the business of the Innovation and Incubation Center
9. Handling spin-off companies business (Heng Shan Co., Ltd.)
10. Handling temporary assignments
